The Chair welcomed everyone to the meeting.

1159 Apologies were received from Cllrs Edge and Hopley.

1160 Finance

1160.i To approve finances for 2020/21

RESOLVED That the summary of finances for 2020/21 be approved.

1160.ii To approve the Certificate of Exemption

RESOLVED That the Certificate of Exemption for Chebsey Parish Council for 2020/21 be approved.

1160.iii To approve the Annual Internal Audit Report

RESOLVED That the Annual Internal Audit Report for 2020/21 should be accepted and approved.

1160.iv To approve the Annual Governance Statement

RESOLVED That the Annual Governance Statement for 2020/21 should be approved.

1160.v To approve the Accounting Statements for 2020/21

RESOLVED That the Accounting Statements for 2020/21 should be approved.

1161 Date of next meeting

The next full meeting of Chebsey Parish Council would be held on Monday 5 July 2021 at 7 pm in All Saints’ Church, Chebsey. There being no further business the Chair thanked everyone for attending and closed the meeting.
